If you would like to return your order, you can register your return here. Returns are not free. You can send your return to us using a transport company of your choice.

Within Germany you can also use our DHL parcel label. You can order this using the form here. We charge €4.00 for using the DHL parcel label, which we will deduct from the purchase price when refunding.
